Ship Heading: 100°
Ship Speed: 4 kn
Log: 964.5 nm
Weather / Wind / Sail Plan:  Today we sailed under the 4 lowers and a shallow reef main sail plus the JT, and the Fish. The weather was hot with a very light breeze and no clouds.
Location: North Atlantic approximately 320nm east of Bermuda

Today started with dawn watch at 0100. Watch went well. Tami was teaching me how to find true wind and waves which is really complicated. After that I went on lookout and road a roller coaster of waves up on the bow. After that we had tea-time at around 0430 and had deep conversations on whether a hot dog is a sandwich or not, and if you were to have one tiny shop in a small town what would it be. As we wrapped up tea-time the sun had started to rise. We got to see dolphins swim up next to the boat and underneath the bowsprit which was super cool.

After watch I slept until lunch where we had really good pesto pasta. Post lunch we went up to the Elephant Table. Weston brought his guitar so we spent the afternoon singing and staring into the Atlantic Ocean with nothing but blue in sight. We sat there trying to figure out how Broken Window Serenade started and for some reason it took five people 45 minutes to figure out the first line of a song.

The day wrapped up with another delicious meal made by Shelby and watch from 1900 to 0100.

PS – Hi Mom, Dad, and Wyatt I hope you are doing well. Ocean has been insane and I am learning so many new things. I have not gotten sea sick which has been great. Wyatt, If I am losing in fantasy you are doing the punishment. Also hope Ruby is doing okay without me. So many stories to tell you guys when I get back. See you in 21 days. Love you, Peter
