  • Partner with students to navigate their options, matching their goals and interests to the SEA program where they’ll thrive.
  • Keep every student’s file complete and accurate, while making sure print materials get to the students, faculty, and contacts who need them, because the details behind the scenes are what make the experience seamless on the front end.

  • Host welcoming conversations and webinars with prospective students, helping them imagine themselves as part of the SEA community.
  • Partner with the Development Office to weave alumni into the admissions journey, creating connections that inspire prospective students and remind alumni why SEA changed their lives.
  • Be an active, valued voice in the application review process, bringing the perspective only you have from your relationships with prospective students to help guide fair and consistent enrollment decisions
  • Collaborate across the Advancement Teams to find fresh, imaginative ways to bring SEA’s mission and values to life for prospective students, because the right message at the right moment can change someone’s course entirely.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • The ideal candidate is someone who sees admissions, at the undergraduate or secondary level, as a career, not just a steppingstone
  • A natural communicator who connects easily with students, families, colleagues, and everyone in between.
  • You believe in SEA’s mission and you’re excited about contributing to it.
  • You’re comfortable and confident in any room, be it a college fair, a dean’s office, or a faculty meeting.
