Today was so much fun! In the morning we started at the dock, but by 13:30 we set sail which everyone was super excited for. To start off the day, we did emergency drills to prepare for a fire, a man (or woman) overboard, or if we had to evacuate the ship.

After that we had lunch- it was Middle Eastern food! Mulsy, Alisson, Catherine and Yasli helped make the snack on board with Sous Chef (Assistant Steward) Jeremy.

While A watch group collected water samples and completed routine boat checks throughout the day, watch group B and C turned in for the night to prepare for their overnight watches. By the evening, everyone got to watch the first sunset on the open water. We can’t wait for tomorrow!
