Hello from the Corwith Cramer! C Watch started off their day bright and
early with dawn watch at 0100. It was an eventful watch with a strong wind
of 22 knots, bioluminescence lighting up the dark waters, and a pod of
dolphins joining us on our voyage! After C Watch was relieved by A Watch at
0700, they were greeted by their cozy bunks. Later in the day, the entire
crew had afternoon class where we practiced gybing and tacking – but not
before we were interrupted by a lone humpback whale and another pod of
dolphins riding our bow. Following an afternoon of recovery and snacks, C
watch returned to deck for the night watch at 1900. Apologies to our
shipmates who had to try to sleep through the foghorn while we kept watch!
