Description of where we are sailing: Headed to Province Town from Platts Bank
Accompanied with the rising blood moon and a starry night (which you can’t really experience in the cities because of light pollution), tonight we are headed to Province Town for the last few days of our journey. Earlier today, we competed in the ‘Line Chase’ in watches where we were given an index card with the name of a rope on it and were asked to locate the rope. It was a competitive yet bonding event, motivating us to learn more about navigation knowledge as well as providing us chances to connect with fellow watch-mates by cramming the line names together. In addition, we had some wonderful sightings today starting from a humpback fluke flapping against the sunrise, to a leatherback turtle, to a night with bioluminescence shining in the water. Tomorrow we wish another exciting day filled with adventures and conquests.
